Purchase / Order

• All good(s) sold are non-refundable, unless due to manufacturing defects.
• If no other items  are available, you may exchange for another item of the same value. There will be no refund for fall below exchange amount.
• In the event, the exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will retain your purchased value for exchange when the next batch of good(s) arrive.
• All used items are sold as it is and it is non- refundable.
• No cancellation of order once order has been made.
• Kindly email us at enquiry@sgcamerastore.com to clear all enquiries before placing an order.
• Pls go to the main menu to see step by step in  how u can go about in purchasing our products
• Upon ordering your items , are sales will call / sms u the details  that sgcamerastore have received your order .
• Some Bulky items required some delivery time , Our sales will call  u back on the date of delivery , the product will be despatched to you when received at our warehouse.
• Some Items required to pre order , All payments have to be made before processing of order.
• Pls note we will need your Bank transfer reference code from your bank before we can  process  of the items u orders before  delivery and self collect . Our Couriers are not allow to collect Monies $  on our behalf . Items that are paid will be processing for delivery and self collection .

Agreement :

It is to imply that customers purchase from "www.sgcamerastore.com  have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

All selling brand new products in this website are fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing faults for 1 week,12 months or 6 months as stated in receipt from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover for damage of any unit caused by misuse,accident or in anyway being tampered with.
1)Original receipt is required for any warranty return issue.
2)All good sold are not refundable unless stated.
3)sgcamerastore.com is not responsible for any damage of buyer's own equipments due to misuse,manufacturer's defect and or any connection with the product that purchased from us.
4)One-to-one exchange policy is only for manufacturer's defected faulty item,does not cover for over-use and misuse items.And also subject to availability of stock,and if the model is discontinue,it will be exchanged with similar new model.

All oversea export items are not covered with  warranty , all items will be check before senting out ,and buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and taxes  invloved .Not All countriers can be sent  due to the countires regulation , pls email first before ordering . 

Payment

• We only accept payment via Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit or Ibanking , Over the counter if your are using credit card there will be bank charges
• We accept  Paypay - Pls add Additon 5% for the paypal service charge if your are using paypal .
• For Oversea or Local , if your are unsure abt the final changes using Paypal and shipping do email us at enquiry@sgcamerastore.com for the total .
• For Overseas client for normal items all shipping are as per changes however if the items weight more that 2Kg , addition Shipping changes will be requested upon  by our Operation dept

  • If you would like to have your purchase delivered to you personally during office hours, you may opt for our courier service at $15
• Self Collection - can be arrange , our sales dept will call you for arrangement at our shop upon payment has being made .
